Sidney Kearon Coleman
Born: 2 July 1915 in Arbour, Ireland.
Died: 14 June 1942, aged 27.
Service: Able Seaman in the Royal Navy. Serving on the S.S. Tarimbar.
Service number C/JX 241141.
Details: Sydney’s parents were Edwin Gillard, who was an engineer, and Letitie Coleman of Ardrossan.
He attended Ardrossan Academy then went on to study for an Arts degree at the University of Glasgow, 1933-37.

Thomas Graham
Born: 1916.
Died: 3 August  1944, aged 28.
Service: Able Seaman in the Royal Navy. Serving on the H.M.S Quorn.

Details: Thomas was married to Ruby Taylor and they lived at Lawfield Avenue in West Kilbride.
His parents were Henry and Elizabeth Graham.

Details: Son of Hugh and Mary Montgomerie of Saltcoats. Sibling of Alexander (married to Bessie), David, Margaret, Mary (married to Wallace Adcock), Stanley (married to Nancy) and William.
He attended Ardrossan Academy and before the war it is believed that he was a postman.
